Now, thanks to Redditor FireDragon04, there is an infographic highlighting how to prime and detonate moves in Anthem. In fact, this infographic even received praise from BioWare development manager Camden Eagar who claimed to “love this stuff,” with this infographic being incredibly thorough and detailed. It even goes so far as to highlight the difference in prime and detonate symbols between the demo and full release.
Moreover, this Anthem graphic shows how to tell if a move has the ability to prime or to detonate, how to tell between the prime and detonate icons, and how to tell when an enemy is ready to be blasted with a combo. Plus, while this is essentially an info dump, the infographic is clean enough that it can only help those trying to look out for combo potential, not hinder.
Of course, until the full release, it seems unlikely that every combo can be found. That said, the open demo will still give players plenty of opportunities to try out Anthem’s smooth combat, fast-paced flying action, and the unique javelins. And hopefully, BioWare has managed to work out enough kinks found in the VIP demo to improve the overall experience of the open demo.
For those ready to dive into the full release of Anthem, it’s worth mentioning that there is a staggered release across PCs and consoles based on EA or Origin access. Although Anthem director Jonathon Warner may not be a fan, it’s worth mentioning that Xbox players with EA access and PC players with Origin access will get to play first on February 15.
Anthem is scheduled for full release on February 22, 2019, for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
